The Curaçao Gaming Authority (CGA), which now licenses operators directly under the National Ordinance on Games of Chance, replacing the historic master and sub-licence arrangement.

Licence fees

Curaçao sits in the mid range: an application fee, an annual licence fee and ongoing supervision costs, with no turnover-based gaming duty in the jurisdiction. Figures have changed with the new regime, so we confirm them at the point of application.

Our recommendation

Still the default choice for operators who want a recognised international licence at a sensible cost, and the reformed regime has improved how it is viewed by payment providers. Expect a more demanding application than under the old sub-licence system.
